Participation Rate Doubler information
The doubling of the Participation Rate is referred to as the Participation Rate Multiplier in the contract. Premium and transfers of Contract Value into the Indexed Strategy are allocated to the Initial Enhanced Accumulation Indexed Segment, where the Participation Rate Multiplier is currently equal to 1. At the end of the Strategy Term and following any interest credits for that Strategy Term, Contract Value allocated to the Initial Enhanced Accumulation Indexed Segment is transferred to the Renewal Enhanced Accumulation Indexed Segment as long as the Strategy remains available. For the Renewal Enhanced Accumulation Indexed Segment, the Participation Rate Multiplier is currently equal to either 1 or the Enhanced Participation Rate Multiplier, which is currently equal to 2. The Enhanced Participation Rate Multiplier is applied to the Renewal Enhanced Accumulation Indexed Segment in the current Strategy Term when the Annual Index Growth in the prior Strategy Term is equal to or exceeds the Index Enhanced Accumulation Threshold.

1The optional Enhanced Death Benefit will be available at an annual cost of 0.50%, assessed at the end of the contract year, based off of the Enhanced Death Benefit amount. The benefit will be comprised of a guaranteed roll-up of 7.00% simple interest for 15 years based off of premiums, less withdrawals. All withdrawals will reduce the benefit. A minimum issue age of 0 and maximum age of 75 will apply.
