Updates to ForeCare and ForeCertain business submission
Effective December 29, 2025, we will begin the transition to accepting only electronic applications for all annuity products, including ForeCertain and ForeCare. We will continue to accept paper applications through March 27, 2026, to reduce business disruption.
The ForeCare process currently includes two steps: Step 1-Underwriting and Step 2-Application Submission. With this change, you’ll be able to submit the application electronically. In Q2 2026, we will be launching a fully digital, end-to-end underwriting experience to improve efficiency and reduce friction for clients and financial professionals. Until that time, you will continue to handle Step 1 via paper.
